Personal details such as name, telephone number, address, email address, occupation, birth date, etc is only held when it is provided by an individual via an email link, email enquiry form, client information form, newsletter sign up or product purchase form, etc. Images and forms, etc are held in emails hosted by Google mail, within our own secure website, and for subscribed members, payment details are held in SagePay.

 

What we do with personally identifiable information? 

This information may be used for marketing (where you have agreed to this) and for market research purposes, including internal demographic studies, to provide, optimise and personalise our services, to inform you if you have won a prize, and to send you newsletters and information (where you have agreed to this) about related products and services.

Our registration policy – how to remove or amend your information

Our subscriber mailing list is run by Mailchimp. You can ask us to remove your personal information from any or all of our mailing lists at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link which we provide you on all email marketing campaigns we distribute, which will unsubscribe you immediately from future campaigns. You may also request to unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected]. We will remove your name from the related mailing list within 2 working days of your request.
